We are in Ravenna

We drove back to the east coast of Italy this morning and walked around Comacchio. It was very pretty. We took pictures at the "three rivers bridge". Most of the buildings were from 1600 or more recent.
Although the town has existed since 600 BC. So the buildings are babies compared to the town.
Our bike is the red one. We left the bikes here with a guy watching them while we walked around. The city is on the coast, so they have to have a fresh fish market.
It smelled... very fishy.
Then we biked on to Ravenna!

  1. What a amazing trip you are having! I found a website with many pictures of the mosaics at Basilica di San Vitale where you are going in Ravenna today. Oh my, they are awesome!
